Scrum Master

Although they are working via Scrum, there are still a lot of improvements to be made. This company does international market research for various clients. This involves collecting a lot of data and providing the customer with key advices to improve their product or service.

The HQ is based in Rotterdam, on a great location for public transport. The company employs a 100 people in Rotterdam and have some of their IT outsourced in other locations. Currently development is done by 3 teams in Romania and 1 team in India. But this year they are planning on growing their IT department in Rotterdam with 15+ IT specialists. Among them also Scrum Masters, of which one recently joined the company.

What would be your challenges:

• Helping the organisation in adopting the Agile way of working
• Facilitating refinements, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
• Supporting multiple teams in both Netherlands and overseas
• Assessing the matureness of the teams regarding Scrum
• Creating a safe environment where problems can be addressed without any fear

If you have at least 2 years of professional experience and the right attitude for taking on these challenges, you can expect the following:

• 45.000 – 60.000 EUR (years salary, including 8% holiday allowance)
• 25 holidays
